That meant sourcing whole chamomile flowers (never the dust), rose petals that still hold their color and scent when they hit hot water, and green tea leaves picked young, when they're still soft and naturally sweet.

Get it right every time.

Heat your water

Don’t boil it. Pull it off heat at around 80-85°C / 175–185°F. Too hot and the green tea scorches — that’s where the bitterness comes from.

One bag per cup

Place the bag in your cup before you pour. Each pyramid bag holds enough whole-leaf tea to properly bloom and infuse a full 200ml / 8oz cup.

Steep for 3–4 minutes

Set a timer. Under 3 minutes and you miss depth. Over 5 and the chamomile can turn faintly bitter. The sweet spot is right in the middle.

Enjoy as-is

This blend is designed to be taken plain. If you want a touch of sweetness, raw honey works beautifully. Milk will mute the florals (better avoid).
