Return and Refund


Kindly note that we do not accept returns on orders post 4 hours or once dispatched from the warehouse, whichever is earlier

As our chief product, tea is a perishable item, we follow a strictly no return policy, unless if product is severely damaged during which circumstance a refund may be initiated with substantial proof of damage within 14 days of delivery. In case of damaged product received replacement/exchange product will be delivered within 5-7 business days.

Since tea being perishable food item, we do not accept return. If you have received wrong/damaged product please send an email along with photograph of package to our customer care info@temystic.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our customer care will take appropriate action.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

Kindly note that we are unable to accept returns for the following reasons:
1. To minimize our carbon footprint.
2. Food and beverage products experience diminished freshness throughout the return process.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Kindly note that we do not accept refunds on orders post 4 hours or once dispatched from the warehouse, whichever is earlier.

All refund processes will be conducted subsequent to our internal quality evaluations. In the event of a refund request, it is imperative to furnish the required evidence. Our Customer Service team will communicate the approval of the refund request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return package exactly the same it was packed, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refund will be credited to source account in 7-10 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

It's important to note that Temystic cannot process refunds for requests initiated 48 hours after delivery.

Cases Excluded from Replacement/Cancellation Requests:
1. The replacement request is filed after 48 hours from delivery.
2. Damage or missing product reports are made after 48 hours from delivery.
3. Customer's inaccurate product selection.
